Academic quality matters of ACs, coordinate inspections/accreditation visits and subsequent compliance of observations/identified performance gaps, University affiliation criteria/guidelines, direct coordination of QECACs activities, sharing information and solving/resolving the academic quality problems/issues of ACs. .

Provide overall leadership to sustain and enhance the education quality at affiliated colleges (ACs) leading to the award of academic credit or a qualification as affiliating universities (AUs) take the ultimate responsibility for the quality of academic programs that it provides or allows regardless of who delivers them.

Develop and implement mechanisms for continuous quality improvement (CQI) of education delivered at ACs of PUMHSW and ratifying the performance assessment of ACs as per QAA targets and / or additional targets set by QECACs of PUMHSW; periodic progress review meetings to assess the performances.

Look after all the matters and Steer other QECAC affairs like provision of information with regulatory bodies like HEC, sharing important updates with colleges, data submission, management of Turnitin accounts, implementation of HEC policies like plagiarism policy,(PQR), degree attestation issues, preparation of program files, student and faculty files.
